If you've ever had hash brownies, space cakes, and pot brownies, you have already enjoyed the taste and experience of cannabis. Popularly known as marijuana, cannabis is added to cakes, cookies, brownies, teas, and other foods to help you enjoy the effects of cannabinoids instead of smoking or vaporizing hashish. The main ingredient of cannabis is tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), which is insoluble in water but soluble in oils, fats, alcohol. Marijuana or its extract is either heated or dehydrated to cause decarboxylation of tetrahydrocannabinolic acid (THCA), the most abundant cannabinoid, into psychoactive THC. Raw cannabis contains a lot of THCA, which is not psychoactive, meaning it will not give you that high feeling that you want to experience. When you smoke or vaporize raw cannabis, it gets decarboxylated or decarbed by the heat. This makes it psychoactive. But if you want to get the psychoactive effect of marijuana by consuming it as part of food, you will need to decarb it. Once the raw cannabis is decarbed, you can add it to your cookies and brownies and any other food products that you want, and enjoy its psychoactive properties. In this audiobook, you'll find recipes for making your own cannabis foods. Go through them, try them, and enjoy the experience! 1. Language: English. Narrator: Dave Wright. This audiobook teaches you how to cook with three of the greatest superfood discoveries of the 21st century:CannabisHempCannabidiol (CBD)For several years, the government cheated all of us out of enjoying the health benefits of these superfoods. They told us that the cannabis plant is an evil plant that can kill us and damage our brain cells, and that Cannabis was a health risk; 10,000 times more dangerous than cocaine and alcohol. They banned it from our streets and homes, and we were forbidden from planting it in our gardens. Thanks to medical researchers and brave members of the health community, they were able to challenge these fallacies - it turns out Cannabis in itself is not dangerous but the inhalation of smoke can affect the lungs.Eating cannabis, on the other hand, is safe and very beneficial for the human body. The Cannabis plant is filled with dozens of minerals, vitamins, terpenes, flavonoids, amino acids and proteins, antioxidants, and fatty acids, all of which are helpful for nourishing the body and for:Boosting immune system functionPrevention and treatment of cancerPrevention of inflammationImprovement of bone healthWeight management and appetite controlTreatment of insomniaBoosting mental performance and mood managementSkin health managementHealth benefits of the Cannabis plant are too numerous to mention here but you’ll find out a lot more as you go through the sections. It was also discovered that not all strains of the Cannabis plants can make you high as they don’t all have high concentrations of the psychoactive compound, THC, which is responsible for giving the highs. Hemp, CBD, and Cannabis are three of the most important derivatives of the Cannabis plant and the beautiful thing is that you can incorporate these into your cooking in order to enjoy all o 1. From New York Times and USA Today best-selling author Lorelei James comes a new story in her Blacktop Cowboys® series.... Where there's smoke.... Stirling Gradsky abandoned the corporate rat race for a more laidback lifestyle. So it's ironic she's stuck working with a hard-bodied, know-it-all scientist who treats her like a stoner instead of a stone cold business woman capable of running a large scale cannabis operation. Dr. Hot and Tattooed with the big...brain needs to stop sampling their product; he's under the half-baked idea that he's the boss. Dr. Liam Argent's doctorate isn't in chemistry, but from the moment he meets his sexy new coworker, there's enough heat between them to short out all the lights in the grow house. First item on his agenda? Clearing up the sassy, blunt blonde's hazy notion that she's in charge. Sparks fly as their attraction blazes. But can they weed out their differences without getting burned? Every 1001 Dark Nights novella is a standalone story. For new listeners, it's an introduction to an author's world. And for fans, it's a bonus book in the author's series. We hope you'll enjoy each one as much as we do. 1. Language: English. Narrator: Scarlet Chase. Before you can start making extracts, there are a few things that you need to know. Basic terms: The terms that are listed here are the terms that are going to be used to describe the consistency of your extract; however, you may realize that some of these terms are also used when looking at the name of the extract. Live resin: this is the extract that you will take from a fresh plant rather than a dried plant Crumble: chunks of dried extract or plant Shatter: an extract that is hard and candy-like Wax: extract that is stretchy and going to stick together even after it has cooled Cannabis extracts Many of the extracts that we are going to discuss in this section are going to be listed later on in the audiobook with the process in which you are going to be able to follow to make that particular extract. Kief: A powdery dust that can be smoked on its own but is going to burn quickly. Hash: Substantial chunks of extract. One of the oldest methods known for making extracts. Bubble hash: The same as the regular hash. The process for making bubble hash is one of the safest out there. ISO Hash (Isopropyl alcohol): A mix between a tarry oil and shatter. Be careful with this one because there may be a hint of chemicals left over in your extract. BHO (Butane Hash oil): This oil will be somewhere between a waxy oil all the way up to a hard shatter. You should always test your BHO before you smoke it to make sure there is no butane left over on the extract. CO2 Oil: Your result for CO2 oil will be either a liquid you use for a vape pen or wax. This is one of the more costly techniques for making extracts. Budder: Soft butter like substance that will crumble. Your budder may yield a lower THC conte 1. Language: English.
